Did you know that 80% of the damage on a person's face is caused by the sun?  No matter what else we do, it is essential to follow a comprehensive sun protection program that includes sun avoidance and daily use of sunscreen with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.  And wear protective clothing, such as a hat!


A number have asked about thinning hair.  Several factors may be at work here:  heredity, hormonal changes, environment, diet, illness, smoking.  Without being able to meet you, it is impossible to diagnose over the internet or telephone.
