As the only full time dermatologist in Calhoun County, Dr. Shelley H. Ray's dermatology practice has grown dramatically since its initial opening in 2001. The need for more space made the decision to move and separate the medical and cosmetic practices possible.

Formerly known as Dermatology Associates of Anniston, Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Specialists is located in the beautiful Bonne Santé Professional Building in Oxford. Dr. Ray's goal is to improve patient care and access. Certified Physician Assistant, David Bryan has joined Dr. Ray to make this goal possible. David has practiced Dermatology in Georgia for the past five years.

Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Specialists offers the latest advances in dermatology treatments including the XTRAC laser for vitiligo and psoriasis and Blu Light for photodynamic therapy for treatment of pre-cancers, rosacea and acne. An ultraviolet light box for treatment of psoriasis has been added to our services.
